That's a great question! The short answer is: Having DesignLit doing designs for you means no contract, drama, or trauma!
However, there are also other reasons why you might consider our service instead of hiring a full-time designer. For one, the annual cost of a senior-level designer can be very expensive and finding someone with the right experience and availability can be challenging.
Our subscription plans include UX, UI, product design, Apps, SaaS, B2B, B2C, logo design, presentations, and more, which can be paused anytime, and all that can be very handy for you.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less.
However, more complex requests can take longer. We will keep you updated on the progress of your request and provide an estimated delivery date for requests that take more than two days.
Once you're subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you want. We will deliver them one by one.
The number of active requests depends on the plan you choose.
With SoloLit Plan, you can work on one request at a time. Once it's completed, we'll move on to the next one in your queue. However, the DuoLit Plan provides an exciting advantage. You'll have the flexibility to manage up to two active requests simultaneously. This means you can kickstart a new request without having to wait for the completion of the first one. Your design tasks progress independently, offering you a seamless and efficient workflow.
To assist you in organizing your design project, DesignLit will create a Trello board. This will allow you to send your requests, provide all necessary details, share links and files, review designs, add comments, and follow the project's progress. You can also view the final work on the board.
No problem! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% happy with the final result.
It depends. Most of the design works are delivered in Figma today, but some deliveries can be in SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG and PPTX format.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in and selecting “manage my subscription,” we will redirect you to Stripe. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the cycle.
We don't currently offer free trials for our services. We place tremendous value in providing you with exceptional quality and support from day one. We're confident that once you experience our service, you'll find it's a worthwhile investment for your needs.
Getting started is easy!
Simply select the best plan for you, complete the sign-up process, and you can start submitting design requests through Trello right away.
We use Figma for most design requests and Adobe Illustrator specifically for logos.
We understand that you may not always need design work. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
When you pause your subscription, your billing cycle is based on a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have ten days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future. When you're ready to resume your subscription, log in and select "Resume Subscription." It's that easy!
With our service, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring that you only pay for the design work you need when you need it.
No. There will be no refunds issued.
Website and Product development aren't part of the subscription but can be discussed separately.
Our subscription plans include User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) design, logos, and presentations. Regarding UX/UI, our team can design mobile apps, SaaS, E-commerce, websites and desktop applications.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime.
